It is not a visiting ship Terminal anymore but government marine offices. Inside the port area so there will be port security checks. Plenty parking available . Not a tourist centre!!

Has a very beautiful view of the ocean and it's sparkling clean. Traffic is controlled professionally and has Covid-19 regulations and procedures in place, when entering and exiting the area
