Firstly I want to say that I love McDonald's Tonga from the decor and food (better tasting food than most McDonald's establishments I have eaten at). The atmosphere is nice and calm and I have always enjoyed eating there until my last visit.I went with my kids and I bought burgers and fold overs. My kids are young and less than three years of age and as usual I packed them a lunchbox. I offered my kids their lunch while waiting for our order and I was approached by one of the waitresses telling me that I was not allowed to feed my kids anything other than that of McDonald's. I explained my reason and she said management always reprimand them for such situations. I'm utterly disappointed and flabergasted at the service I received as I have been to several restaurants and this was the first time being told something that was nonsensical and did not consider customers with kids. I was told that I could have fed my kids outside before coming to McDonald's to eat. Anyone who knows Tonga mall will tell you that the is no decent place to sit and eat.

A huge huge gold star to Jerry (tall light skinned dude) for his hospitality, friendliness and care. My guy is always so welcoming. Today we had forgotten our drinks and were driving off when he came out of the store running with them. Thanks so much for your patience and hospitality my guy! Keep up the amazing work!

Whilst we are loving it. The non functional lavatories or restrooms are a thorn in the flesh. It's just unacceptable to give people food and drinks then can't provide restrooms. Address this situation asap.
