Food is bland, and the service is so slow, I waited 22min to get my order after payment and I used the drive thru, which was supposed to be quick and efficient, but the stuff were like lifeless, like zombies. To top it off, they didn't even get my order correct, after I explained it to 3 different people, this place is a joke. The food smells good, but after one bite, you will want to put it in the bin, you will feel so bad to even give it to a homeless person, it just bland and dead in flavor only the chips are good.

I take my child with as an afternoon treat to macdonals. We walk in and there is a white guy standing by the tills chatting to the ladies and he is using profanity, I am talking about dropping F bombs to P bombs and the ladies are laughing. I mean there is kids in the shop and in close proximity. I ask him to please stop with the language because there is kids. Guess what everyone including the ladies look at me as if I am crazy.Im very disappointed to say the least. I am never taking my child there to be exposed to such. They were acting as though base tarven bayaphuza . I endend up being confused if we at macdonalds or at a sheebeen.

The burgers were dry and the deive through service never works.We were told once again to park and come order inside, why, why, why.......... I'm using the drive through because I don't want to come inside.

So I got here Saturday night just after 8 and I was told that the store is closed I must go to drive through, I asked which Macdonalds in south Africa close at 8 as if they are tuckshop.. The long queue of the last Saturday of the month was abnormal, the workers said they close at 8 so that they can clean. Not even spaza shop close at 8,like really

I enjoyed the freshly made food, the fries were very nice but there wasn't much interaction with anyone much to its hard to rate the service at the moment.

45 minutes in the drive-through to order 6 nuggets and an ice cream!?!? Staff is friendly but the waiting time is just ridiculous. Customers redeeming reward codes were taking so long to order. There should be separate queues for them or this should only be allowed when they can enter the inside of the store.

We ordered our foid with drinks and specifically told the lady in the first window that our drinks should have no ice. At the collection window we got drinks with ice and we told the lady that we said no ice and her response was we should have told the lady that no ice. We explained that we did and she argued that no we did not do so otherwise it will be indicated. She refused to correct this and we had to take the drinks with ice even though we did not want ice in our drinks
