This store has restored my faith in Mr Price.Wonderful customer experience and service was rendered was amazeballs. Such warm and friendly staff.Oh and the variety of clothing and sizes.... another amazeballs.Thank you ladies. Keep it up!

While I have been to the mall countless times, this was my first time at the Mr Price. I purchased 3 items. Paying for these items took me longer than it did for me to pick the items. The cashier was slow, unprepared and unfriendly.Items not scanning, not being able to find a plastic bag, running out of till roll, waiting for the supervisor...just a few of the delays I encountered. I didn't enjoy the experience and would prefer to shop at another Mr Price.

Horrible service received from the new branch manager. No sense of customer service or urgency. Firstly I asked him where did they move the women's formal clothing he wasn't interested, then when he was asked by the cashier to assist with authorisation he told the cashier to wait he was still hanging some shoes, so we waited 10min for him and he could see that we waiting for him. No sense of customer first. Worst is I prefer this Mr P to others iny area. So disappointed
