Wow, just wow.. the petrol jock broke my bonnet thing where the lever does not want to catch.. mind you it was in perfect order when I got there... he was struggling to open my bonnet, not knowing where to press and the I tell him to push the lever back so it can open, the more he's just trying to lift the bonnet. I was female alone and I was not going to leave it like that driving around with a bonnet that cannot close, cause who knows who's going to steal my battery. They asked the guys at the mechanic place there at the station to fix it which , I mean, any person, male or female would have demanded to have I fix can't the petrol attendant broke it. When they were done, they have the nerve to tell me that my thing was already broken but because I am a FEMALE, they fixed it for me.. I must be appreciative that they've fix it cause if it was a man, they would not have done anything.. mind you , to get back to the point that my bonnet was NOT broken to start off with.. no one apologised to me for breaking my car but wants me to show appreciation for fixing it... what a joke!!!! And I always tip when they check my oil and water but to break my possession and not Apologize for it but want me to THANK THEM for fixing it... something that was never broken in the first place!!, is a joke... Caltex, expect a complaint from me.
