KDCD Linen MADE IN AFRICA

I ordered a comforter on the 10th of September and paid for it. It is now the middle of October and I have received nothing. When I have followed up via email on numerous occasions I have had one response with not much info actually. This is my first time ordering and my last. IT IS NOW THE 5TH OF NOVEMBER AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE DELIVERY THIS WEEK - 1 NOV TO 5 NOV AND NOTHING. I AM SO ANGRY. AGAIN EMAIL SENT AND NO RESPONSE. NEVER AGAIN.

I placed an order on the 12th Aug 2021 and have still not received it nor have i received any feedback from them. 3 phone calls and 4 weeks later and i am still waiting. Always ready with an excuse as to why the order is taking so long. Will definitely NOT recommend or use this company again.. Very bad service!!!

If there was an option to select 0 stars I would.I placed and paid for my order on 29 July, today is 14 September and I still have not received my order. Every week I have to chase after them and request an update, Not once did they offer to update or contact me via email for further communication. Every week I am told a different story, one of the items was not made correctly and they need to start over… they are backlogged because of the looting…. They are waiting for the material to arrive… the courier did not load the order on his truck when he picked up the other orders. Complete utter b******t! Not once has management stepped in to apologize for the delay or attempted to send an email or pick up the phone to call. This is the second time I have ordered and the first time was not a smooth experience either. Think twice before ordering from this company.

I am very disappointed in how this company does it's business with other small businesses. I've heard this young lady running her small CMT from Johannesburg CBD mention how Elzaan Smith was going to bring immigration to raid her place and close it down! Reason being the small business delivered her order 2 hours late!!!!! Feom her reviews on here Elzaan has delivered orders six months late but no mentions of anyone wanting her business closed down. Be very careful when dealing with them. I have advised them to open a case against Elzaan's male patner who called and threatened and harrased the poor lady. Absolutely disgusted!!!!

I ordered an egyptian cotton duvet cover set as well as two extra pillow cases on the 29th May 2021. It is almost a month since I placed the order and paid for it. I was phoned two weeks ago saying that the material had not yet arrived. How much longer must one wait??!!

Great quality products at even better prices. Service is outstanding and I really appreciate you going the extra mile for me with the added extras. I'm loving all the linen I purchased. I will never shop in a retail store again. Thanks so much !!

I have ordered a XL Queen size red microfiber reversible duvet set and it has just arrived and I am so happy with the quality of this product. Thank you KDCD for your service, this duvet set is awesome. I will be recommending your products to my friends and I will also be buying more in the future .

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been a terrible experience from start to an unfinished ending.After ordering and paying for my order I waited weeks for the product to arrive. When it eventually did, I was sent a defective product. I waited a few more weeks for them to send a courier to collect the defective item. After another week, I received an email saying that the product left their business undamaged and that I 'ironed' the item. I know for a fact that I did not iron it, why on earth would I iron a microfiber duvet? The material doesn't even crease! (And for the record, the maid didn't iron it either as I do not have a maid and do all my work myself.)I am extremely disappointed in this 'proudly South African business' who challenges their clients by insulting their intelligence and refusing to accept responsibility..I have never been so disappointed in a business, their products, and their lack of decent customer service by just attacking the client with insulting you and continue to operate a business like this in such a matter. I feel deep sympathy for you as well as the other clients who may receive the same bad and unethical service. This seems very unethical to me, by blaming the client for their own bad craftsmanship and lack of quality control.The sad thing is, I would have been a client for years to come if it wasn't for this bad experience and insulting manner they treat their clients.Anyone who's had a good experience so far, consider yourself lucky.A very disappointed customer. Certainly not a returning customer, even though I pride myself in trying to buy local and support small businesses.

I placed an order on 25 July and still have not received my linen.That's 36 working days.Totally unacceptable. If they cannot cope with the demand and linen is in short supply because of Covid, why do they advertise sales etc?Update: My package was delivered with a formal apology on September 16Also comments on their page are censored so complaints won't reflect.NEVER ordering anything from them again
