The first order went right, I was very happy. Second interaction, I have been almost begging for a formal quotation for more than 2 weeks. The last communication was that I would find it in my emails, nothing, no response to my 100th follow up text, phone not answered. I’m moving my business next door. Bye!

Terrible experience. The reason black business is not taken seriously. Poor quality product and horribly unresponsive. Massimo or whatever his name is made me regret going there and wasting money!
