Absolutely terrible service at the carwash. Waited inline after the wash bay before the vacuum station, where I was told to wait on the side of the wash bay only for the two Cara behind me to enter the vacuum station. Then asking your staff to return my mats to my vehicle so I can leave only for them to have a chat among themselves and cause further irritation and delays. I understand when things get busy, but it

Bad service and worse experience. The petrol attendant didn't return the oil lid. I was traveling a long distance and most of the oil was scattered on the bonnet and engine area. They didn't even have an engine cleaner when I reported the problem. I spend an hour and a half just to get the car cleaned up. There was no remorse or apologize.

Received the worst car wash service. My car was washed in less than 15 minutes and the inside was as dirty as it was when I brought it in.
