What a wonderful experience! After so many years and so many Vet's not knowing what is wrong with little Max, we have a way forward and i am seeing the light!So much love and grace!

A well groomed cat died in the road in front of my house after being hit by a car, I guess. Phoned the Diere Hospitaal and the advise me to bring it in. They would scan it for a chip and if chipped, they would contact the owners. If not chipped they would get rid of it, all free of charge.I was highly impressed.

On Monday 27 March 23 I took my English Bulldog for a urgent appointment because she hurt her left front leg earlier the morning. The doctor took a x-ray and told us that she is having aggressive cancer and it will quickly spread threw her body. If it was a smaller breed dog he would amputate the leg immediately but unfortunately Bulldogs cant walk on only 3 legs. Forward she will suffer a lot and if we are lucky he give her 12 to 18 months but she will suffer a lot. Traumatised we left. On Tuesday I decided that I can’t see her suffer because she is my life and made an appointment to put her out. When my husband arrived at home he said we must give it some time to say our goodbyes properly and cancelled the appointment. Wednesday morning I decided to take her for a 2nd opinion. They took x-rays again and told us that the chances its cancer is very low because cancer is normally found in the shoulder and this is in her elbow and it look like arthritis. The right front leg look the same. To make sure we refer the x-rays to a Radiologist. Thursday morning I was informed with the report that there is definitely no cancer but only arthritis which is manageable.I nearly put my Bulldog out due to a misdiagnosis. My question is now, how many dogs have been put out due to a misdiagnosis.Never again!!!!!

Always a pleasant experience. Our puppy absolutely adores all the staff members and gets spoiled with loads of attention when visiting the vet! Staff are always friendly,welcoming and helpful.

My cats are currently being boarded at their cat hotel and I’ve received updates every day with photos. The admission process was stress free and the staff were very friendly. They have a stress free (no dogs) cat waiting area and I was able to take them to their boarding cages and say goodbye. Would highly recommend!

Most thoughtful and thorough service I ever had. Especially with Yorkies, since they are so sensitive. I'll recommend them to anyone.

They saved ou Bouvier Girl from Cycad poisoning. We will always be grateful to Dr Erika, Dr Marilize and Dr Donet and nurse Karen for their professional collaborated time, effort and love showed towards Khalisee, always pushing and not accepting fate. The personel are all a pleasure to deal with - thank you Debbie, Donika and Yolanda and to the staff who feeds and cleaned Khalisee's cage, toys and blanky! Your furr babies will be in GREAT hands!

Very professional and friendly staff. So awesome that the reception area now has a separate waiting area for cats and dogs, and a calm Cat only office for relaxing the cats away from the hustle and bustle of the hospital. I am also very impressed at how calmly the veterinarian handled my stressed out cat even when she started hissing and spitting like mad. So impressed my cat was offered Kitty Crunch for being immensely stressed out. That helped a lot to calm their nerves a little bit. The Vets are always trying to calm them down before starting with the procedures.
