Sadly is a dangerous area, lots of robberies happening outside the door. Nowhere safe to park, so either enter the area armed or attend in a group.

I arrived just after 4.30pm to collect my parcel. The post offices closes at 5pm. There was only one person at the counter, nobody else. I gave her my parcel tracking number and was advised the manager left already so they can't assist me by checking my tracking number for a parcel collection.Waste of petrol and time.

The communication skills in this branch clearly lacks efficiency. If I asked many different questions, then I would understand the response. However, yelling at a customer does not proof any professional attitude from your side. I would rather pay more at another company, than using your services both for myself as well as my friends and family.

Friendly staff, great service. Debit/Credit card payment options. Area is unfortunately unsafe. The police and local councilor are not doing enough about the area. If you want to make a difference and have an impact on this community, please consult your local councilor about this area. Drug addicts will follow and try to get your phone for a quick buck. Leave your valuables behind. Watch out for those that follow you. Postal Code for this post office is 7499. This helps if you want your package to always be directed to this particular post office.

It wasn't very busy when I arrived. I received friendly and efficient service. They have sanitiser at the door and seats placed with social distancing. I think that it's a good idea for elderly people coming to collect their SASSA payments.

Just like Goodwood Post Office, Parow Post Office must also have an extremely heavy landline telephone, either that or all of their employees are just plain deaf.I don't know why i get my hopes up, their ONLY shareholder is the South African government so i should have expected them to be useless through association.

Staff unfriendly and useless. After some time completing a tracking form on 30 March for a small parcel on speed services...they said 2-4 days...we are going for 10 days..still no parcel... useless thieves of taxpayers money for a salary they don't deserve!
