The building is very nice from the outside and has a clean and professional reception. It has a few companies inside but essentially it is the head office for its namesake. There are bathrooms and meetings rooms which guests can use but you need to have an employee with you to utilize the facilities of this building. You will need to have prearranged a meeting because the reception calls a specific employee to come meet you in the reception area before you can progress passed security. There is also ample parking for visitors and the parking area is below ground in a secure area.

Body corporate, either get tenants security tags which ACTUALLY WORK or train the security guards to actually do their jobs and be helpful. I've been battling to maneuver around for weeks now and have had to deal with a very poor attitude from your security guards. Fix this please because I actually work here and cannot be subjected to that kind of behavior day in and day out, it's really getting old!

VERY FAST TO RENT A PLACE TO YOU. BUT OUR GEYSER BURST WEEK AGO, THEY ARE JUST MAKING PROMISES THAT SOMEONE WILL COME.TILL TODAY NO ONE HAS ARRIVED TO OUR PREMISESTODAY I CALLED AGAIN THEN DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN A HIGHER POSITION TO ASSIST I ENDED UP SPEAKING TO 4 PEOPLE AND EACH ONE (HONEST OPINION) I DON'T THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING AT GROWTH POINT

What a wonderful company! Never have I experienced a corporate company that gives you the time and space to present and actually participate. This company is a success because its business model and care make life a success in itself! Well done growthpoint I take my hat off!

Very professional to rent from

As A start up business you must go into their developmental programme with (property point enterprise development programme) for 2 years and that don't guarantee you Business with Growth Point at all it's a way for them to VAT you and your Business.They also think that 51% B-BBEE it black owned and not a front.E-mailing you company profile as they tell you will not help at all because the response is minimal if any.They have a perfect blocking system for black Companies. For that I give them 5 stars

Worst property management company EVER. We vacated our rental property on the 15th of April 2022. We requested our refund from them as of the 27th of July 2022 via email, as the number on the statement for our accounts contact person is the wrong number and their switchboard kept on putting us through to her number that is not working. However, mailing and trying to find out about our refund is a pointless situation as THERE is NO feedback whatsoever. Almost a month later, we are still waiting for our refund to be done and in the meantime, they keep on charging us a monthly late fee, for WHAT?? Don't ever rent a property with this property management company as you will wait for ever to get your refund back. From the rude agent to the pathetic accounts department I will NEVER refer anyone to them.
