I have been more than patient and understanding over the last many weeks but enough is enough and unfortunately I am forced to take this matter up further regarding the Centurion @home team. Unfortunately Centurion @home is the middleman between me and the appliance support, but the @home process was followed and so as comsumer I hold @home accountable and responsible.I am so extremely upset and very disappointed with the level of service received. My beautiful, well looked after, cared for, Breville Barista Express coffee machine was handed in at @home Centurion mall (also the original place of purchase) on 1 November 2020. The Problem with the machine is that there was No pressure on the portafilter and milk steamer. It was meant to be a simple fix to replace the solenoid valve on the machine. I followed up twice a week with Centurion @home; I even got told to phone and speak to their Appliance Fixing store of there choice, which I did (FYI @home VERY BAD choice!). I finally got a call from Centurion @home 10 Dec 2020 that my machine arrived, more than a month later and after countless phone calls, begging and nagging for updates on my machine. I arrived (10 Dec 2020) at the store very excited to get my coffee machine back; and this is where I had enough - to my complete and utter disgust... the original packaging was in a bad state already an indication on what the state of the machine was going to be. It was BAD! Dirty, damaged, scratched, dented, a loose fitting water tank, missing portafilter, incorrect tamper (not the one i had handed in) etc, the machine was forced in to the box completely destroying the polystyrene foam packaging that was holding it neatly in place.I cannot, and I am not going to accept the coffee machine like this and in this state! This is disgusting that I entrusted you with my property so that it could be fixed and instead its worse than when i handed it in. I am going to even go as far as to demand a new machine.Update:I would like to submit feedback on my initial complaint and bring thanks for the speedy resolution for which I am very grateful. After formally submitting my complaint, the Centurion @Home team went out of their way to help with the matter.I do still suggest that @Home review their appliance service contract with other vendor options, one that can hold true to the @Home values. My appreciation is extended to all that was involved.

Such terrible service from this store today. The staff seem like its a chore to help. Telling you to come back instead of making a plan to assist and then being so rude towards you and pretty much insulting you by making jokes about it with other staff members in front of us. How rude!!!! This will be the last I support this store. Disgusting service.

Your cashiers are very rude and unhelpful.. I am disgusted how you do not care about your customer experience and my experience was bad enough today to NEVER again support your store!

Good experience and friendly staff

Located in Centurion Mall on the Middle level, eastern side. Staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Store is well stocked and any items not available in store are usually ordered in by the staff from other stores.

I was at this store opposite Mr Price Home at Centurion Mall. I needed a mirror I saw in the store. The staff were not helpful and were busy chatting to each other. Very disappointing

I was assisted by Sandie and I will admit he assisted promptly. Advised correctly and made me understand the expensive wants which are not necessary. I am enjoying the new appliances as recommended by him. I'd advice everyone to ask for Sandie you will not regret it at all.
