Be careful, I paid several 90% deposits in lockdown, work on one section is still not completed and 90% deposit for another section already paid early September 2020. The 5 x year installation guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on, as all work recently done needing to be repaired or done over. A further installer referred by Alan not prepared to complete and walked out saying everything is a mess. Lots of excuses and empty promises from Alan, who eventually acknowledgment that the business is in financial trouble and then the arrogance to say do what you want legally, as Alan made it clear he is not prepared to take any further responsibility, as his installer let him down. I won’t do business with Extreme Blind & Flooring Moreleta Park ever again!

In a previous review I rated them 1 star. I take that back - although they did miss 2 appointments, they upped their game and did a stellar installation. Only reason that I do not give 5 stars is the initial lack of communication. I am happy with the end result.

I've been waiting for my blinds or my R7500 deposit back since beginning of March 2020. I've been understanding about lockdown but made promise after promise and now 7 months later nothing. Not even a phone call answer to text messages just nothing.

Customer service and follow up is really pathetic . Use to think they were the best but totally changed my mind. Lots of blinds still to do from me and my friends but will be taking my business elsewhere . Sad too say

Extremely knowledgeable advice given by Alan, the owner helped us make a really great choice we were super happy with. We chose to install blinds as a finishing touch to our renovated bathrooms and laminate floors throughout the downstairs area (whitewashed oak). So pleased we went with Alan's recommendations as we couldn't have been happier with the end result. We receive endless compliments. Super grateful - thanks to the superbly skilled installation team too!
