Indlovukazi Guesthouse

Wow I loved the place. It is clean and the staff very friendly. Our room had the perfect view. However I did not like the fact that there was no bathroom in the room. Had to step out in the hall way. Even though the bathroom itself was gorgeous. I'd definitely come book again. Loved it.

Its an awesome place, nice and quiet with great views of the sunset, particularlyWe were well taken care of by Terrance (the guy stationed at the guest house)

We loved our get away stay. Staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Nice and clean rooms. Outdoor area had a pool and a big barbeque stand. Delicious and filling breakfast. Not our last stay here...

There were no towels when we went to the room,we had to make a request .

Beautiful place , needs a little more attention on cleanliness - some bathroom basins and taps seemed they hadn't been washed for a while , bins in some rooms not emptied , no fresh towels supplied on second day of visit .Care takers need to be more visible . No remote control for theSound system, played only one station .Not enough plates ,glasses and cutlery in the kitchen - most difficult kitchen to prepare a meal in !Other than the the Haartees is a beautiful place , with nice views of the dam .

Beautiful place with great views, enjoyed the variety of thing to watch on TV when I had time, swimming pool was clean and well managed. I was just not happy with the shower, very complicated and not well maintained, needs detailed cleaning. The water was also not warm enough. The jacuzzi/bath tub never worked and after being frustrated by it felt no use to try and get assistance. Our room needed refreshing after a night's stay but we had not been informed that was an option until that day and ended up being rushed to leave the room because there was a cut off for when they stop refreshing rooms, overall Beautiful place. We were also offered a couple of places to use for services/activities, we chose to use Pamensky mobile spa but opted to go their facility. The place was Dirty, staff not in uniform and were not very professional, pity they do appear on Google I would have given then 1 star.

The rooms are clean though we couldn't access the main house after 21:00. The shower is not friendly worse the water is semi warm. The jacuzzi was dirty since we didn't have hot water we couldn't enjoy it. Though the stuff is friendly
