Do yourself a favour and visit this adorable and stunning play Cafe in Midrand. The hosts are hospitable and friendly, the food was delicious, the setting is a kids play dream, adults can chill and let their hair down too. I will definitely return again and again.Thank you for having us. Our hiking ladies group had a blast.

This is a great place with a great atmosphere and lovely people. It is not the cheapest place, but their food and vibe is great. The kids play area is also big and nice for the kids. You pay R80 per kid over the weekend for them to play, but we enjoyed it a lot.

Cappadocia Play Cafe & Restaurant
I recently visited Cappadocia, a kids play cafe and restaurant in Midrand, South Africa. The play area for children is definitely the highlight of this establishment. My kid had a great time playing and exploring, which gave my partner and I some much-needed time to relax and enjoy our meal.Speaking of the meal, the food was delicious. The menu offered a variety of dishes, and we particularly enjoyed the Turkish cuisine options. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. However, I do have one criticism. The service could have been better. We found that there weren't enough waiters available, which resulted in some delays and frustration when trying to place our order or request additional items. If the service were improved, I believe that Cappadocia would be a truly exceptional family-friendly restaurant.Overall, I would give Cappadocia a 3.5 star rating. The play area and food were definitely worth the visit, but the service could have been better.

Beautiful tranquil garden setting. Amazing food, although portions are much smaller than expected. Food takes long to prepare. Great experience!

Great way to experience the Gauteng Summer. Lovely Family vibe. Romantic and fun at the same time. Food favs are the wraps, burgers, starters, deserts and hot drinks. At the end of the meal just before desert, the owner came up to me to ask for a review It is rare to see such passion. And this is felt in a memorable experience.

I had my sons 4th Birthday lunch here, on the 27th April, it was my first time at a Turkish restaurant. The waitress, Deejean made us feel very welcome and explained all the different dishes for us. I liked their Turkish coffee and caffe latte, the signature burger meal was a hit. The kiddies meatballs, and fish cakes were all very good, the kids finished their food. We tried the Kofte and Doner Kebab, something different but very filling. The kids enjoyed the outdoor and indoor play areas. The place has secure parking, and a zip line. Very quiet and relaxing for adults.

If I could give a lower rating I would.I was kind of excited to go to this place in the morning. Little did I know my hopes and dreams of a nice morning with my child and wife would be crushed by the overwhelmingly bad service and environment. We got to this place at around 9:30 in the morning. It took 45mins for them to get out a Turkish teapot, which we now assume was Five Rose's tea, and a Turkish coffee which was worse than a cup of Ricoffee. Another 30mins waiting for the waitress to take our food order. My wife ordered a wrap and I ordered a burger. We got chicken nuggets and chips for my son. The chicken nuggets came first but they were overdone. The burger came next after 15mins. The patty was overcooked and over salted. The wrap never came. We left at around 11am.The play area was absolutely shocking. Very untidy, very dirty. The astroturf was perished and coming loose off the ground. The swings and slides were dirty or broken. The trampoline looked like it had seen better days. There were broken toys stacked in other toys. My son is too young to know better otherwise he would have been very disappointed. The waitresses really did not care. The were constantly on their phones and not paying attention to any patrons. When asked for a coke zero the waitress just brings a can and a straw. Not even a glass to pour out the drink. Throughout the time there not a single person, waitress or management came to ask us if we were ok. My wife asked for some sugar for her tea and was ignored. My wife had to go inside the restaurant to find staff to ask for the bill. They even had the audacity to include the wrap, which we never got, on the bill but they only took off R100 instead of the R110 that was charged. This was one of the worst experiences I have had recently. I would have had a better time and a better meal at McDonald's.These 5 star reviews here are fake. Don't waste your time, energy or money.Stay away.
