I called the store today in search of a product. I was greeted and assisted in a friendly but professional manner by a staff member named Sylvia. She was helpful, polite and also called back within 30 minutes of saying she would. I am pleased with the staff to client communication, Sylvia is a great asset to Samsung.

If I could give you a zero I wouldBrandon if thats even your name you are the most unhelpful disinterested person I have seen in a long time,I actually don't know how Samsung allows someone like you to damage there bussiness.My mother who is a pensioner bought a Samsung TV and after 2.5 weeks the remote didn't work so she took the remote to Samsung Table bay Mall and what an effort to get him to even test it never mind tell her to somehow take it herself to the repair centre in tygervalley then add in after we said we sure if we call take alot and send it back they will take it back and then he replied yes do that his sure they will give her a full refund.Well Brandon we will and instead get a LG or something reputable. You are sure good for bussiness.We will let Take Alot know about there suppliers unhelpfulness and I will be emailing Samsung Head office directly
