Visited a friend who recently moved into Green Bay. What an absolute gem of a place. Everything at you finger tips. Apartments are beautiful, tailored to your requirements. Free wi-fi, free gym. love the doggy park. Enjoyed a beautiful evening with the mountain in arms length and the beach like 10mins away. Would be my ideal retirement home

Visited friends here. Alot of construction is happening at the moment. The complex is heavily guarded with a new technology security system, but the security men were very friendly and could direct us. I absolutely love the massive statue art piece. Inside, the estate is spacious, giving you that authentic countryside feeling with a metropolitan touch—the perfect space for young professionals. I am excited to see how this place will develop once the development is done.Love the fact that you can see the ocean as you drive-in. We could even smell the sea!

I'm currently living here and I don't have any complaints. Very modern with safe and friendly security.

Stayed there for 7 months, I would've stayed longer. Felt safe as a single lady.Only issue was the electricity vendor used, had lots of hiccups, when I left they were changing it. Hope things have improved.Wish the place had a lift, at least for moving especially if you going to top floors - its a nightmare. I felt sorry for my moving guys. By the time we were done, my knees were done also.Nice views, mountains on the one side and beach on the other side. Loved the farm-like sorroundings of the area. Very close to checkers, Woolworths food, Spar, Clinic, fishery etc.Sorry to say but the place is filling-up with a lot of foreign nationals, hope it doesn't turn into something else.All in all Greenbay is a nice place to live in, quiet and safe.

I love living in Greenbay! The people are friendly, the grounds are actively maintained daily.Our 1 bedroom with a balcony is perfect for my boyfriend and I. My only complaint is that there is limited storage space in the kitchen and some of the cupboards are smaller than normal. Otherwise I'd recommend Greenbay to anyoneThe lifestyle center is beautiful and the gym is great! Everyone there, the staff and gym goers, are all so friendly and welcoming. I'm excited to see what else will pop up in the estate.

Greenbay Eco Estate is a new Balwin development and the demand for these units are increasing by the day.The GreenBarn Lifestyle Centre provides luxury and convenience to all the residents!Greenbarn has a gym, gym café, swimming pool, jungle gym and a laundromat.

Great estate, but they lie about being fully eco friendly. There is still municipal electricity and load shedding happening here. And you also can't top up your balance during load shedding, otherwise you sit around for hours afterwards before they get the electricity back on. And there's ALWAYS issues with the fibre!

This place is like an old age home. If u in Ur 20's or 30's I highly not recommend this place. My experience living here has not been the greatest. Yes there is a pool, however there is a lot of unfairness towards each other especially race. Here are also a lot of robberies happening within the complex and security and management are unable to do anything about. Yes it's a great place but remember it's not safe even in the complex

Nice place beautifull actually.But I always strugle to gain access even with the access link it can deny to generate the bar code saying the link is old then you are stark. Especialy when you have been there before and using the same phone number.

Very friendly staff at security, and helpful overall. Snags dealt with efficiently. Noise levels can be a problem sometimes. For an eco estate not to have solar geysers in the year 2023 is a bit unfathomable.
