SLOW doesnt even cut it!Package dropped of at this branch 17 April en route to Mossel bay. It took 48 hours to travel from Musina to LTT - Thats 90km! I assume horse was used. Thats really bad.This lead to my parcel being delayed at least two work day and took a FULL WEEK to reach me. A parcel I ordered from amazon UK DHL took 8 days to reach my hands!Im very disappointed and wont be using courier guy again

The true value of service is determined when things go absolutely wrong - and then what is done to rectify it. Absolute miscommunication between the branches led to my parcel not being collected - The Courier Guy Musina apologized (even though it was not even their fault) - and then got to work to resolve the problem. And that is what you want in a company: - admit the fault, apologize and then fix it. Huge thumbs-up to you sir, you have a customer for life.
