I would literally give this funeral service no stars if I could. My family and I were so disappointed by the service we had received for our grandmother's funeral. Firstly, she had been paying for this policy for many years only to received a measely bouquet of flowers and a cheapline coffin, which we were told to pay extra if we wanted to change it. Despite all of this, we were accommodating. However, what hurts the most is that, my grandmother wasn't just treated as a number but had her size picked on by the staff as she was referred to as the One from Toti. The big size one." How insensitive and callous from a company which is entrusted to perform a loved ones last rites - whether big or small

Absolutely pathetic service, they are stealing peoples money and do not provide a dignified send off to your loved ones.Firstly they did not arrive with the body on time to the crematorium, they arrived with a Phoenix funeral services vehicle that was in terrible condition. The drivers were absolutely rude and dressed in shorts and t-shirts. There were no flowers , the coffin was in terrible shape. They did not dress the body properly or even shave . Too end it all of they lost all the papers especially the death notice. No one apologized or did anything to remedy the situation.I wont even accept an apology from these people, I just do not want anyone to go through this and remember their loved ones this way. Because it is absolutely painful! I will be sure to spread this review everywhere as well as post in the local news papers.

Absolutely disgusted with the service received from Mariannhill funeral. From start to finish the communication and treatment was appalling. Tried calling the manager/owner Raj Pather to no avail. I would give them zero stars
