We bought a Cloud Nine Bed that gave us problems and we couldnt sleep on the bed. Cloud Nine didnt contact us to sort out the problem but Tony from Ultimate Beds sorted us out with a new bed. Thanks for the Ultimate" service. Will recommend Ultimate Beds for your next bed purchase."
