I go into Mcdonalds every day as lunch time is loadshedding. Purchased for my kids 1 x Nazo small cheeseburger (no garnish) & 1 breakfast boerie burger. Received no boerie burger just 2 cheeseburger no ( garnish)

Had the worst experience ever, please train your staff to deal with differently able persons. I walked to the till point as I always do at all other Mcds and I inform the lady that I am visually impaired and would like to place the order at the counter because the speed point is at the bottom on self service facility, she ignores me walks pasts than calls me when she gets to the self service facility, proceeds to punch out my order as if I am incapable of doing so, than walks away leaving me to struggle finding the slot to insert my card, I had to call my sister to help that alone was humiliating. After thatpoints at a table number instructing me to take it with me to. My table, again sis you can not point at something expecting a visually impaired person to see it, I looked like a fool trying to figure out what she was pointing at. Was so hurt failed to enjoy my meal
