Consistently inconsistent!!!!Just when Wasp's service started improving over the past few months, they suddenly dropped us again - almost 36 hours without service!!! And then twice more shortly after that! We have been clients of theirs (formerly with Wicotel) for several years, and have referred two friends to them that are now clients too, but I simply cannot recommend them anymore, as this would compromise my integrity. It's also very embarrassing to face these friends every time Wasp drops the ball!Something really needs to be done fast if they are planning to stay in business for much longer...........!

Wicotel's name changes to Wasp no the pathetic service and no support got a new name. The team feels nothing for their clients. Good luck if you just signed up you will loosr your clients and your suppport services would nkt mind at all, pathetic!!

I have never received worse service from a company. Client with an existing contract for internet access. Struggling since 17 February 2023 to get a problem sorted and a quotation from this company

I can't give them any stars cos they are a USELESS internet serviceI will not recoment it to any oneI was with out internet for 13 days and they didn't give me credit for those daysI can give them 10 stars for not respond for service they dont pickup the phones when you call themTHEY ARE USELESS I PAID THEM IN DECEMBER FOR A VIDEO RECORDER FOR MY CAMARAS AT THE WORKSHOP it is Now end of Feb and still no DVRThey are USELESSUnhappy klient

Swakste diens wat ek van enige besigheid ontvang het. Die internet is kort kort af, klientediens is pateties en vreeslik onbehulpsaam. Toe ek so 2 weke gelede vir hoeveelste keer gekla het oor ons lyn wat af was, het n Gerhard vir my gesê net die onbelangrike lyne is af. Maw my lyn wat ook betaal word is onbelangrik. Ek bly op n plaas en as my internet so gereeld af is maak dit my en my familie kwesbaar aangesien ek nie my kameras kan kyk nie en ook nie hulp kan inroep nie.Ek het reeds kontak gemaak met n nuwe maatskappy en sien uit om n nuwe pad met hul te stap met min probleme.
