Utterly useless and unprofessional company!!!! Poor administration. They don’t send statements some months. They statements late. They send statements to the wrong people and then come shut off your power even after numerous calls requesting statements. Very quick to switch off power due to the pathetic administrative bungling. Utterly pathetic.

The worst service provider ever. You will be transferred from pillar to post with no assistance. Days without electricity. 8pm no more assistance even from theirs called emergency line.

This company is utterly useless. They don't send any notifications, they do not return your emails or calls, their website is not user friendly, and half the time when you phone them your call gets cut off.Terrible terrible service.

Our electricity was cut off by the City of Tshwane for non payment. We have been paying our monthly levies to this company without fail. We are now stuck with no electricity supply, no communication from this company. Their emergency number does not go through. Horrible service!!!!

Service and people are fantastic but the layout and the building is something I just can't get over for some reason. It's downright awkward and strange. It could be better, but maybe it's due to the function it serves. Anyway don't let this 3 star keep you from going (it lost 40 % for building layout and NOTHING else.) It's worth going here if you have an issue, it will get resolved.

Totally unprofessional, they disconnected power after account was supposedly in arrears, tried to reconcile with statements but they kept saying I paid the wrong amount even after sending them proof of payment of the amount they stipulated in agreement. Arrears was supposedly less than R600 but they instructed me to pay R3166 cause they added their fees". Daylight robbery at its finest. Bravo."

Avoid PEC Metering if you have any other options available. They cut off my neighbours' power for having paid one day late. Then, when I move out, they need TWO WEEKS' notice, and after that, FORTY-FIVE MORE DAYS before undertaking to pay me back my deposit. They provide truly pathetic service to back up their dishonest practices.
