...and again - brilliant service from Jenny when requesting an upgrade. Been with them for more than two years now and have no complaints at all. Their service is brilliant and they keep one up-to-date with timeous communications regarding outages, etc. (which is way more than my previous ISP would do.) I highly recommend Jenny Internet to anyone looking for a WiFi Ineterrnet Service Provider.

They work so hard, but don't get very far. Keep trying. Maybe, one day, you'll be an ISP that can provide services faster than a mobile dongle with no signal. There is problems with their tower. I am paying for a 5mbps line and I only got 0.5 mbps. I have struggled with internet connectivity for two months or more. Their internet got issues again during the exams, when I had several online examinations. I was forced to find other alternatives as the internet did not work at all. When they were contacted regarding my unavailable internet, they simply said I had cancelled the contract. I highly do not recommend.

So we cancelled our internet due to poor service. 4 months later they send a bill, even though THEY still owe us money on credit. But no, they won't give your money back they just want to take more from you.Note* We've cancelled our internet 4 months ago, it's on paper and all. They say we need to pay outstanding fees, now our account is back on again? C'mon Jennys...

Outstanding service. Reported WiFi fault, which was corrected within 24 hours. Will recommend Jenny Internet to anyone looking for a good, reliable service provider. p.s. Been a client since November 2018 and this is the first fault.

Support service is great but I've been having a recurring, daily problem with my internet connection which is not being solved so I pay a lot of money every month to sit without internet connection for a few hours everyday which is a big problem because I work and study from home so I will not recommend.

My modem malfunctioned when I tried to plug a UPS into it. I immediately got through to the call centre who was really helpful trying to sort things out (I did not know what was going on at the time). When the problem could not be resolved, they sent someone to my residence within an hour. They were very helpful and quickly sorted out the problem. They tested the whole system and found that I had the wrong dish installed and helped sort that out as well. It's a shame I can't remember their names. The service is excellent and the internet is on 99% of the time (load shedding excluded of course...).

The package we have isn't all that bad, and is pretty fast when the service is actually being provided. They have so many maintenance" issues that it's almost impossible have Internet every day of the week. The frequency of the maintenance problems are also increasing exponentially..."
