Risna is absolutely phenomenal at her work. She advises on REALISTIC results whilst maintaining the integrity of your hair. She pays close attention to what you want and the colour you want to achieve. I could not recommend Risna enough!

Risna is absolutely amazing! I was amazed at how little sessions it took her to get me from red to blonde, and I've never received so many compliments about my hair! Love going to her everytime!

I would prefer if stylists were direct if they cannot do a color, so to avoid it coming out completely different to what I asked for and having to salvage it using another color. Wasn't too impressed with the lack of attention due to overbooking either.Update: I always heard of the dangers of coloring your hair as its extremely damaging, but 2 months after this experience my hair started falling out in clumps due to the 'lifter' that this salon used. My scalp had a bad reaction to this product and flaked badly. I went to another salon to colour correct and the hair dresser was shocked at the texture and lack of elasticity of my hair. I can't *not* recommend a salon enough.

I unfortunately had the worst experience at this salon - my hairdresser was extremely rough and I felt like my hair was being yanked in all directions. No consideration given to the client , I had water sprayed in my face with no warning to close my eyes , the blow dry was actually painful because of how hard my hair was pulled and I eve had my face scraped with the brush because of the rough manner of brushing. The hairdresser I had has not been mentioned in other reviews so perhaps I just got unlucky. I would suggest that if you decide to visit this salon to request by name for hairdressers who are mentioned in positive reviews

Risna is the BEST when it comes to blonde hair. She has always given me exactly what I wanted even when I didn't know myself what that was. The hair wash is also one of my favourite parts. Highly recommend.
