The Principal Luxury Hotel

I literally went to 5 to 7 places in Matatiele before finding this new quality establishment. It was BEAUTIFUL, SUPER CLEAN, STYLISH, MODERN, COMFORTABLE, FRESH AND A WHOLE LOT MORE!!! I even had a stunning view from the room on top! The beautiful music while having breakfast... I could go on and on...Most importantly, the service was OUTSTANDING ...from the Security Officer at the gate. I definitely won't be staying anywhere else when I'm that side.

The staff is friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is nicely furnished and in a great part of Matatiele, closer to the shops and petrol station; it's best situated where is necessary and convenient.

Excellent service, clean and neat Hotel. Spacious rooms, elegant with good view. Food was outstanding, steak was done perfectly to our individual request, for our supper. For breakfast we enjoyed a big portion of breakfast with succulent omelettes. Excellent customer service from the Security to all staff who made our short stay be memorable. I will definitely visit again with my family.

Stunning small, but charming hotel that has just opened up. Rooms are amazing and beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. Staff are warm and professional.

From the gate to reception, rooms, restaurant… they give 100%. I know usually people tend to be annoyed by the attitude of Security personnel at the gate, but not in this establishment. Those guys are the friendliest security guards I’ve ever seen, such that one of them even offered to wash my car for me… so I was basically offered a car wash and a hotel service, how awesome is that.Then the view, wow!Reception was good too. Then the guest room, oh my goodness… I was blown away, I’ve got to say, they outdid themselves.They have a restaurant, 3 course meal for supper. And compliments to the chef, the food was amazing… but a word of advice, having a menu on paper would be nice in the near future and place try and reduce the waiting times between you starter and main.I hope to visit again, Soon.

World class hotel, with an amazing touch and attention to detail with the rooms . The staff members are all so kind and helpful. This is definitely the best accommodation in th whole of Matatiele.

Food excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Balcony for smokers!
