Great little bike shop with friendly service.

Please be cautious of this place! I bought a brand new bike from Makro which came with a warranty, and I had a problem with the chain coming loose just after 3 days. So I decided to take it to Cycle East to seek an opinion on what to do, and the owner/manager conned me into believing that I should let him fix it at R400 because I would be wasting my time with taking it back to Makro. Turns out that Makro would've been the better option because they had assembled the bike themselves, so either they would've repaired the problem, refunded me or exchanged for another bike, FREE OF CHARGE, as it clearly states in their 'warranty procedure' to let a professional OR IN-STORE BIKE ASSEMBLER, assemble your bike. I'm pretty sure this guy knew this, and took a chance to make some extra bucks out of me.......
