Went to Phalaborwa Toyota on Saturday 27 May 2023 to have a look at a new Prado. After sitting in the vehicle and opening the bonnet and standing around for approximately 10 minutes, no one but no one bothered to come and assist us. I have had several excellent visits to several Toyota branches but the Phalaborwa Toyota branch was a huge dissappointment!
