Worst company to deal with, In specific their CCTV department.They take forever to reply to emails, and always coming up with excuses on why they cannot do the job. First the weather is bad, then the appointment gets pushed 5 days later, then the tech's tools gets stolen, and he cant do the job, then they need to wait for stock to arrive. I needed to move a DVR and 4 cameras, this process took over 3 months just going back and forth. I will never deal with Leaf Tech again.

After a number of bad experiences with the company I eventually made contact with the MD, Warren who, to his credit, went a long way in restoring my faith in their business. Problems/misunderstandings are bound to happen in any business - how you deal with them is paramount. Pity my issues had to go all the way to the top to sort out though.
