Courier guy is fantastic but their Tzaneen branch is pathetic and not up to par. I have had packages lost their and packages sent from this branch to phalaborwa branch countless times and have a issue every Single time

Driver checks out my parcels from the warehouse for delivery and then takes it back to the warehouse saying there was no one to receive the parcel and when he calls there is no answer. The address is a business so there is always someone there.

Never had a breakage or problems with parcels being damaged or opened. Definitely quite fast and efficient. I've only ever had one or two delays/problems but they were very minor. I definitely recommend their service.
