Staff are really friendly and go out of their way to assist.The item I wanted was not in stock at the store and the sales assistant placed an online order for me. The system indicated that it would take 15-19 days as it had to be sourced from the supplier.I was more than happy to wait, I was really surprised and delighted to receive an email 2 days later confirming my package was at the store and ready for collection

Great to now also have Yuppiechef in the City Bowl. The staff are super friendly and helpful and if they don't have want you're looking for in the store, ask them to check online

Well-informed and very helpful people at Yuppiechef in Gardens. More stores should take a leaf from their book in terms of staff training. They know everything about the products they sell. Really great service!

What a great shop. Any aspiring cook would be in their element. There are so many gadjets and amazing cookware. A huge selection of chef knives or good kitchen knives. A great selection of travel mugs or water bottles. This is a wonderful shop for unique gifts. They also stock a great Bacon Jam. Perfect for cheese and biscuits. The staff are really friendly and very helpful.

Absolutely Brilliant store. Best part is the staff!!!! So friendly and kind and helpful. Greet you when you walk in, Don't follow you around the store but somehow magically appear the second u turn around to ask for help. They had all the items I was looking for and when I couldn't decide on a gift, asked me about the person and my price range and physically walked me around the store showing me all their favourites and popular items. Then offered to gift wrap. Going above and beyond every time I'm in their store. Thank you! #GiveThemAllABonus

Bought a humble + mash knife, about 5 months later, blade went wobbly. Yuppiechef offered a replacement or my money back, with no issues, they truly are fantastic!

Fantastic service! A staff member accidentally gave me the incorrect mocha pot seals and a few weeks later they switched them out for me, even though I didn't have a receipt. Also, this store has a great range of ultra-premium kitchen items and is a nice place to buy gifts.
