Cut was as asked for but price was higher than quoted over the phone.Post owners reply:The size of a minature poodle doesn't change, you could have told me he's bigger than expected when I brought him. I would happily have paid more if you'd been upfront and not left me with a feeling if being exploited because I'm from out of town.

Not too bad. Friendly staff. Wasn't impressed with how extremely tight the bow on his head was. Made me wonder how they got it on because my dog is feisty. Probably only go back when really desperate.

They contradict what they are saying. They give you a time and when you get there they tell you your late. We wrote down to shampoo and cut both dogs and when we got there they only shaved one dog and then blamed us because they said we told them that however when they went back to the book they saw we asked to shave both dogs. They also weren't consistent in their price with what they said over the phone and what we paid. And when we questioned it they said that's the price.They seem to blame customers for everything. Poor customer service.

I left my cat in the morning and I wanted to pick him up at 4:30 but they forget to shave the cat and left him the whole day in his cage and when we wanted to pick him up they had to hurry and shave him and he is not shaved probably and he has cuts on his skin and it was bleeding. I would not recommend these groomers .
