Very poor service. Cashier and guard, both are very abrupt. They swear customers.

Helpful staff. Affordable and good range. They do try to get in products if you request and will discount products bought in bulk. They also ate accountable and honour sales and deal with problems. I had an issue with tiles being different shades. They removed layed tiles and replaced tiles and provided tile to replace the entire reception area I insisted on replacing. Not many companies would do that.

We bought a Yale lock to put into my dad's front door, my brother who is a carpenter came to fit the Yale lock onto the door and as he was fitting it the whole thing started falling apart into pieces. My dad just took the dismantled lock and it's pieces back to the shop owner now and the rude man said that his stuff has no guarantee and then went further to make snark degrading comments towards my father about my brother's work ethic when it was that man's product that failed. We definitely won't be doing business with them in future and don't recommend others to. Their stuff is cheap because they are of poor quality, don't last and therefore has no guarantee.
