I dealt with them on two occasions already a couple of years apart.After the first interaction with George who was very professional but helpfully explained everything in terms I could understand, I went straight to them after the second incident. Excellent service both times.

It was my first accident, (I pray with all my heart my last) I was super traumatized and I was quite anxious about the claim process and all the bits and pieces that go with it not having done one before. George and his team were amazing, they communicated with me everyday to say where they were in the system and I received my baby back looking better than ever. Somebody drive into my wife's car. We needed a courtesy vehicle. Goodwood body gave us a date when one would be advalable. True to their word they called and a week later our vehicle was done and ready for collection. The repair job was expertly done and attention to detail was perfect. They even replaced a blown brake light bulb which was blown.Staffwere very friendly and one see see why it's obvious that the company has been around for a long time
