CMH Honda Menlyn

I took my car here for a service, when I collected it and drove away from the dealership I noticed my brakes weren't working at all. I managed to come to a stop and left my car on the side of the road and walked back to inform them my brakes weren't working. After having a look the service manager told me they forgot to reconnect the brake booster and that it was now reconnected. This is a big problem as I could have gotten into a serious accident. I'm not sure how they managed to return a car to the customer without working breaks. I will definitely never take my car here for a service again.

I phoned Honda Menlyn in a panic as my seat belt wouldn't release so I could not buckle up. I popped in and within 1/2 hour the workshop manager sorted it out and didn't even charge me. Thank you so so much, I really appreciate the urgent and kind assistance on such short notice.

Good service although car service pricing is becoming increasingly more expensive

The staff is very friendly and efficient, but they forget to phone you when the parts you ordered and had to pay for in advance, arrived so you can go and collect it. As it is Honda, they are definitely not cheap either.

Shocking service. They switched the service book on previous service and did not apologize when notified. Then left the vehicles keys in another clients vehicle this service. We had to fetch spare keys to get vehicle home.

Good service from salesman. The dealer principle is useless as he is more important than his clients. Workshop breaks your bike plastics and it takes over a month to replace it after involving head office. Also left the oil filter loose after the first 1000km service.
