The level of excellence was unparalleled. Incredible experience and very efficient - wish we had Sorbet in London!

Went to Sorbet nailbar hydepark for a manicure and pedicure. Left there paying R1150. Without asking or informing me of any extra costs I got a foot + hand scrub and mask. When I questioned later why I paid that much for what I asked for she said she didn't know why it wasn't on the menu but I had asked for a manicure and pedicure - and apparently thats what I got. This is why I always ask if the customer wants a slip"

They do not inform you of the price or consent of a procedure during your booking.Heavily overpriced for what you are paying for.You only find out everything when you are finished.Not a great experience and unfortunately I will say a once off.

I booked a gel soak-off and reapplication of gel. When you look at the nail bar menu you see that it charges R60 for a gel soak-off and R220 for reapplication. It does state that this is only for normal paint. So I thought my total would be R280 for the soak-off and reapplication of gel.When I came in I confirmed what I was getting and again when I sat down. In the end, I was charged R470 for a soak-off and reapplication.I went back to question this after I paid because I felt I was ripped off and the receptionist told me I had a power mani and soak off. The therapist did a good job with the mani but I do feel I was overcharged and this is not the first time at this sorbet that I would be overcharged.

I had poly gel nails with gel overlay done. Vivian was absolutely fantastic, she was warm and welcoming but best of all are her nail tech skills, the best shaping and attention to detail making sure all nails are similar and even cleaning the sides of my nails to ensure they are neat and tidy and no gel has messed. She is an absolute perfectionist and I can tell she takes great pride in her work. This is the first time ever visiting a Sorbet that I haven’t reshaped my nails afterwards and felt like I am 100% satisfied with the quality of my nails. Keep up the great work Vivian!

Had to post the review becauseMy treatment was just lovely and professional but was so sad to see the Black lady at the other end talking to rudely to the coloured therapist even though the customer was on her phoneNevermind she reeked off body odour which the entire salon smelt off.Just a weird afternoon

Nails especially gel ish are always on point. Great service and comfortable environment
