Half a sleep. Table delivered incomplete ( one leg missing) , no advance notice of delivery just an assumption made that owner will be at home.Customer Care still cannot resolve the issue of the missing table leg and bottom cross bar. The service level is way below what is acceptable.This business will be gone soon if this is how they operate.

I was told over and over again by the person behind the counter that you CANNOT ACTUALLY BUY ANY FURNITURE that we wanted at this place, no matter how much we were planning to spend, but they'll gladly order it from THEIR WAREHOUSE and deliver your chosen items in just a few short, though indefinite, weeks for you TO THIS EXACT SHOP and charge you R200.00 PER ITEM for the privilege, in advance! Want delivery to your door? Sure thing! We'll just slap THAT delivery charge on top of everything else! And, no, there's no way whatsoever to avoid all these multitude delivery charges or to explain to them the absurdity of that whole proposition. They just giggle adorably to your face, I kid you not! In case you were wondering, yes, the exact same very, very special" deals are also available online

Very beautifull and exotic furniture.unfortunately I am very dissapointed with their customer service. Ciello Furniture is not flexible to assist clients who urgently need a piece of furniture which they display on their floor. They keep very limited stock and then charge an expensive delivery fee wich would not have been neccesary if the stock was availible in their store.

You can't buy anything from the physical store - you have to order it and wait 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. AND, if you buy more than one item, you have to pay a delivery charge PER ITEM! Outrageous!

Just so bad! Same as the previous reviews. 10k tv cabinet, broken on arrival. Wait two weeks to pick it up, and now still waiting for new furniture after calling daily to check up. It’s just so dumb! Rather send the new cabinet with the same courier then pick up the broken one. Save cost to company and satisfy the customers at the same time. No brainer. People pay for service and product, this company has none of the above!

Such bad service, while being served by a staff member the phone rang and she immediately answered it and ignored me while she served the person on the phone. After forcing an apology from her I thought it would be better to just walk away, than beg to be served.

Worst experience ever in ZA, horrible after sales support, sun lounger 5K Rand, breaks down after using it 4 times. You need weeks to get it sorted, it‘s a Desaster. Don‘t buy there, shame.

Absolutely love Cielo! Fantastic store, staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. We have ordered a few items and have not once been disappointed! Fell in love with the picture of the scottish heifer and he is on his way to his new home☺️

What a joke. This is a furniture store. It has stock on display but you can’t buy it. If they don’t have stock in the storeroom you have to wait 14 days for them to get another one. What on earth do you call that customer experience? Very sad. You have lovely stuff on display and I was ready to spend money. I have already bought a full set of spitfire furniture and now I’m forced to shop elsewhere.

Purchased nearly R100000 of furniture. On arrival some furniture damaged, boxes were and had cockroaches in them. They don't tell you you have to assemble furniture yourself after paying nearly R1000 for delivery.Furniture bad quality and after service even worse. Been waiting for over a week for them to collect furniture and process refund.Shop around people. Cielo is overpriced and quality is definitely as it would seem when looking at them.Still out of pocket with my refund. Very disappointed in the whole experience.
