Bought a brand new bike and i collected it this morning, neither did i know that the fuel tank key slot is not working. The bike had no fuel and it ran out of fuel then i had no chance to put fuel coz the fuel key slot was faulty. I contacted the big boys to come and collect it coz i could push the bike from where i was but they said their driver is not in and started ignoring me. Right now ive been waiting for 2 hours wondering what to do

This was the most unprofessional experience I had..Bike was booked for Tuesday morning . Got there only to be sent away because they didn't have parts which they knew about when we booked. One star is not based on the service but on the store itself.. They unreliable and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would do so, what a bunch of incompetent thieving, sharks these people are. I called on Monday the 9th of May and was quote R470.00 to collect my scooter and replace the starter switch, the collection was done Monday night and I heard nothing from them until I called again on Wednesday to ask why it was taking so long, only to be informed that the part was still in transit and was going to cost me R745.00 instead of the 80-120.00 I had been quoted....I demanded to know how they could quote me one thing and then order a part I had not agreed to. Today (Thursday) they call to tell me the bike is ready and it is going to cost me over a R1000.00.....bloody sharks!!!! I refuse to pay anything more than my original quote, if they cannot run their admin and business properly they should not be in business!!! They will never see me again!!!!! Why Big Boy would be associated with these people is beyond me!!! Do not trust anything they say, if they haven't given you a written quote, make then give you one!!!

Big boy as the name suggests, are big boys in the business indeed. Their treatment for the driver is welcoming you feel home as a driver and the guys who repair bikes are unmatched, they can lend their ears to you and advice you accordingly.

Michaela and Jason are first class managers, they are friendly and customer orientated, been there a few times and always get top service and treatment, they work well and are always good with advice. Keep it up guys you're a benchmark.

Very friendly and helpful guys -until I opened up my scooter after it was returned to me and found that they stole my carburetor and fitted a smaller cheaper one from one of their new bikes -but yes - very friendly and helpful thieves - you'll never know or suspect it.
