VERY BAD. I TOOK MY CAR IN WITH MY OWN PARTS JUST TO FIT. THYS VAN ECK THE OWNER WAS NOT HAPPY WITH DOING WHAT I ASKED BUT MODIFIED THE AIRCON, SEND ME AWAY WITH A R 4000 ACC WHILST I EXPECTED A R1000 BILL. THE CAR WAS NOT RIGHT. THEY BROKE MY SQUIB, WHICH MERCEDES HAD TO REPLACE. THEN I TOOK IT BACK BECAUSE NOTHING WAS WORKING. THEN THEY FIXED THE AIRCON BUT BROKE MY CONSOLE OF R10900. THEY JUST DONT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITIES AND YOU AS CUSTOMER ARE ALWAYS WRONG. THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN

Do yourself a huge favour and just don't even bother to make use of Motolek Stikland. This is the worst service I have ever received, the personnel are rude and the owner even worse, go and look on Hello Peter as well to see the complaints against this shop. Repeat offenders with no client care. Expect to be over charged. When you lodge a complaint you get chased out of his office and threatened. (I have it on voice recorder as proof). This shop is a disgrace for the Motolek group.The Case is pending at MIOSA (Ombud), when a person turns to a reputable brand like Motolek you expect a certain level of professionalism and that the person will take due care of your vehicle, fixing the problem but also looking into the reason why there was a problem in the first place, if a vehicle leaks oil you should certainly try and find out why it is leaking oil and not just topping up the oil? The same with Motolek where they fixed the result of a problem but not the problem itself.They were very fast in taking my money. We took the vehicle back numerous times due to problems we were experiencing, the vehicle gave problems from the day we got it back, it was smoking and had no power, top speed was reduced to 80km/h.The owner on his test drive said that the vehicle didn't have any power... The vehicle was never properly fixed, resulting in the engine being totally destroyed, we had to do an engine replacement, this was done by Gogh And Cooper and I can recommend them any day. They replaced the engine, did a full inspection and tested the vehicle properly before returning the vehicle to us.Would you be satisfied to get a vehicle back that wasn't fixed? A vehicle that smoked and had no power? Surely not. This is not the first complaint of this nature against the same Motolek dealership, had a seen the first complaint I would never have taken my vehicle to them.

Terrible service, couldn't even give me a diagnostic report, which I paid for by the way. Gave contradicting accounts of who worked on my car and what the fault was. Two weeks later and R1400 lighter in the pocket, got back the car with the same fault they were supposed to have fixed... With a made-up report...

Great place to have most vehicle maintenance & repairs. The front desk person is extremely knowledgeable on a lot of vehicle related queries & info. The staff are knowledgeable, knows what they doing & polite & respectful.

Ran diagnostics in 20min. Reasonable prices. Cleared the fault and said I must see if it comes on again.Update: fault appeared again. Got it fixed at another placed and MS charged me the full amount to clear the fault

Eva since I have taken my car things were not good m even scared to take it back coz wow I am gonna be charged of strip and quote every now and then whereas u guys know I have been there

Don't even bother going here, Motolek in Montague Gardens is much more capable of helping you and you actually get value for your money.I was charged for a diagnostic test, with no result print-out given, which couldn't find any problems, but the problem persisted and Motolek in Montague Gardens found the problem in 10 minutes.Would definitely not recommend this place.

good service. I work for a big industrial laundry and I'm incharge of the fleet ( logistics manager) they make my life really easy
