Quick stop on a hot day for a cold beer. Incredible views all round.Updated**the food is really good. Won't be disappointed with the burgers on offer.

Love the fact that they slowy renovating this hotel that was in a very bad state. Bar open again. Neat garden. Had a lovely delicious breakfast. Friendly people.

Absolutly loved our visit here! From the walk in you feel welcome like you are ariving home after a long day to rest. The food is reasonably priced and something for everyone on the menu. The locals are very friendly and open to conversation with first hand info of what there is to see and do in tge area. Quick, enthustic service with a smile from Greet to departure. Great live music on Sundays, entertainment (trampoline, zipline etc) for the kids to keep them occupied while you take in the breathtaking views. This venue is on the Comrades route close to the halfway mark.. Will certainly visit regularly. Awesome place to meet before exploring the surounding areas and ideal to regroup at to end with a sundowner.

Great food at very reasonable prices which can be enjoyed with a world famous view of the Valley Of A Thousand Hills. The pub has a great atmosphere and is a favourite watering hole to many. Excellent specials makes the visit pleasing to the wallet.

As all the reviews have stated the building has been neglected over the years but it is great that someone has taken on the enormous task of taking her back to her former glory. Been there twice first time had a good breakfast good value for money and second excellent burgers. Definitely worth a visit. The staff are friendly and peaceful surroundings are one in a million.

This grand old beauty is finally being revamped and while there is still some cosmetic stuff to do it is completely worth a visit. Their food is REALLY good. Hamburgers to die for and amazing breakfasts. Great spot for kids to play and awesome views…

The pizza is really good from there. It's not to bad to stop after work and have a drink with a mate.
