They claimed they tried to delivery but could not we have 24 hour security and it's a building how can they not find the place. Very bad service

They claim to have tried to deliver my Takealot order and that I was not at home to receive it. Absolutely rubbish !!!! I am at home patiently waiting for the delivery, nobody came to deliver anything!! Sort out your drivers PLEASE !!! It is 9am, I want my order TODAY !!!

They claim to have tried delivering my parcel but no one could collect it. I was home all day and no one has been at my gate. Absolute rubbish.

Oh well I'm sorry, my items have not been delivered to me...it's impossible that anyone came to my residence because no one came, yet it is said that recipient wasn't available that's an absolute lie !! If your drivers get lost why don't they make phone calls this is unacceptable do something !

Terrible service, they don't communicate with the customer and provide no feedback/call to say when delivery will be. They need to close down because they clearly don't know what a courier service is. Disgusted and irritated that Takealot will still support them.

Im still waiting for my order..they claim to be lost and its the first time this is happening as they have been delivering to my door step everytime before.. for the past week im waiting for my package to arrive and they keep claiming that they do not know where the place is all of a sudden.

I been waiting all morning and then I get a sms to say I wasn’t at home.That’s rubbish and when you try and phone you go onto voice mail.I have contacted takealot and recommended that Mr d courier be removed from this service.I don’t think I will purchase anything else from takealot if they use you guys
