PG Glass Satellite Montana

The consultant Maria helped me vert quickly and efficiently. She was great. But now my left door handle in the front of the window the technicians replaced is not working. So i request a refund or do i send the invoice to pg glass for the repairs that needs to be done?

Pathetic service

I called PG Glas Wonderboom last Friday asking them to order me the window of my car that needed replacement. The lady said she will phone me when the glass arrives on Tuesday. On Tuesday I phoned through customer care number again. They could not get the call through to wonderboom. The guy asked me for my reference number. I told him the lady gave me nothing. He said he will get them to call me back. The lady at wonderboom then called and said I must be there on Wednesday 8 am as the glass arrived. When I arrived at PG Glass at 8am I was asked for a reference number to which I responded once again that I did not receive one. They could not figure out who helped me and seemed to have no paper work. Once they located the paperwork from somewhere it was discovered that the lady who helped me disappeared and ordered the incorrect windows glass. I was asked to come back again the following day. I was offered an apology but things like this should not happen. Your lady, Anna Marie was very helpful in resolving this.

On 20 Jan 2023, I submitted a claim for my cracked windscreen. Soon after my insurer spoke to me and then I received an SMS from PG Glass saying they will contact me. On 23 Jan 2023, PG Glass Montana contacted me and said that the specific windscreen needs to be ordered. About a week later I received a call, and we confirmed the fitting for Saturday, 4 Feb 2023. On the day I got to PG Glass Montana only to find that they are totally unaware of my claim or the fitting. The 3 staff members just pointed to the computer and said if there is nothing there then they cannot do anything. After calling my insurer I got a call back from PG Glass Head Office. They apologized and explained that they cannot get hold on PG Glass Montana and they will get a mobile team to assist me soonest. On 8 Feb 2023 I got a call from PG Glass Montana, and it was arranged that they will come and fit the windscreen at my house on Saturday, 11 Feb 2023 - I must just have the R250 excess fee ready in cash! Although they turned up this time, they ordered the wrong windscreen, and it could not be fitted... On Monday, 13 Feb 2023 I got an SMS from PG Glass Montana saying my claim is active and they will contact me soon to arrange... Still waiting...
