I took my printer in for repairs about a month ago.The paper was not feeding in from the tray. It looks like a makeshift cottage industry when you get to the house. They also seem to provide a beautician service, don't know whether it's the same people. You leave your machine on the floor outside and when you go away they collect it. I'm not at all a threatening looking person but that is strange behaviour for a business. They charged quite a large amount just to clean the rollers and something else. It worked for a while and now it's doing the same thing. I don't know whether they have an actual trained technician or whether they make it up as they go along.
