Great place,location is good and easy to find. The staff was friendly and accommodating. An electric kettle and and tea/coffee maker in the room, would add the greatnessMy suggestion I think they need to consider sound proof because the noise from other guests,was really disturbing. I needed a peaceful sleep after a long drive.

Where do I start? Rooms are very clean but you can't tell me I won't have breakfast in the morning upon my arrival, even though breakfast fee was deducted it still left a bitter taste. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

It was the worst experience staff members are sleeping in the rooms. That was not my main concern. But after we booked out the time after staying there the second time we specifically booked room with spa bath and laundry services. Before we made the booking it was confirm that everything is in working condition. When I reported the problem there where no explanation or apology of the problem.I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. Very bad experience. They need to work on customer service and keeping clients needs in place.
