The staff at SASH obviously love and care for all sorts of animals. We had a great experience with all the vets and staff here. We unfortunately had an emergency with one of our dogs, who in end passed away. The vets were very informative and caring with the entire process, we can’t recommend them enough. On top of this, they went the extra mile and sent us a lovely card in the mail, sending condolences to us.

Was very happy with how my baby Hack was cared for at SASH….the surgeon, physio & admin. Updates every day with his progress through SMS & actual phone calls. Everyone was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Doctor Sonia was incredible. She went above and beyond to get our little girl her CT, Cushing test, blood tests and ultrasound guided samples in the 1 visit since we are from so far away. She helped us and our fur baby feel so at home, comfortable and helped.

If I could give more stars I would !!! This place was absolutely amazing. I have a dog that has bad anxiety and high hyperactivity, but he needed to see a vet ASAP. I had called the place in advance and had explained the situation and ensured that it wasn’t a problem to bring him in. When we had arrived the two people that had helped us (Mel and Jamie) were so nice and caring for my dog Boss and were great facilitating to his needs and even waiting outside with us for nearly an hour just to make sure he was ok as we couldn’t bring him in. Thank you both for the incredible service to my dog and for being so patient with him too. I appreciate it.

I'm so happy for you Sofia (same day visit) my experience was exactly the opposite. VERY disappointed, dog still VERY sick 30Hrs later, taking him to his own vet tomorrow. Expect considerably more for $300. Be surprised if I ever go back.
