Terrible traumatic experience. I asked for a few simple black and white copies of some plans. When I returned to collect them they had black lines through them, they had been cropped off and were unacceptable. I insisted that they be done again. The guy who had been trying to fix the copier with a tissue told me that he refused to do them because he didn't like my attitude and he pushed the drawings back at me. My wife who was watching from outside burst into tears. We were both very traumatised. I cannot believe how bad the service is and how shockingly they treat their customers. I've informed all the local community WhatsApp groups to stay away. Rather go to Hillcrest and get proper copies from polite people. Good riddance!

Nice people, know alot about different professions to help

Handed stuff in to be done on Wednesday morning, we get told we can collect from the factory in Durban on Friday anytime after 10am. Go there to fetch and they have even bothered to start with the print. 2nd time we have received such bad service, won't be using them again

Poor customer service. Unbelievable actuallyAnd I as per my email which was sent to you guys on the 15th of April I mentioned that I asked how long it would take then in my following email expressed that the end of the mint would have been ideal to have them printed by. Accept responsibility for your poor administration. I did not say my deadline was strict hence why I asked how long they would take.Also do not blame me for the fact that I had to first call to ask if my email was received as you guys did not respond for 3days. And all I was concerned with was a quote which you guys said you could not even help me with. And you only let me know on Thursday when you so rudely dismissed me. And I even asked twice if you guys could recommend another company that could help me (since you guys said you were busy) and you blatant ignored my question.I will not recommend you to anyone who needs prints, as I cannot deal with such poor service and I have been to many printers here and in Pretoria who deal with many deadlines, as I am in the architecture and graphic design field, and have never been so rudely dealt with.
