You will be disappointed. They are unprofessional. I received an email that my order is ready for pick up on Tuesday, after following up on email for weeks. Once at the store, I waited 30mins to be assisted and asked to sit. After sitting for another 30mins, I was told that my wig was not working and ready, they have not started with customisation and it would take over an hour. Save your money and time, go somewhere else. Not worth the frustration and stress.

The biggest mistake I made was not checking your reviews before buying your hair. I paid R4000 for a 26 inch cinnamon unit which is supposedly 180% in density. I got served with cheap quality hair. The hair tangles and breaks like crazy…the 180% density feels like 60%. I tried to raise this issue with TT hair couture and I was told that “I’m running a business and if there is anything wrong with the hair, then it’s YOUR loss”. I can say I got scammed, but TT hair couture will also get its day. After how the matter was handled, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy their hair…Reviews are important…!!

My girlfriend went there to get a Bodywave wig installed. She paid for the order online prior and on the day she was scheduled to have it installed she was told her unit isn’t available. They opted to install a straight wig but curl it themselves. She rejected this and demanded a refund and was met with the most rude, unprofessional and Incompetence attitude from the staff. I would not recommend anyone to use their services. Absolutely shocking and appalling treatment of customers.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The owner/manager is so useless. Their hair is a scam!! Stay away!!!

Would highly recommend this establishment. They have the best hair, frontals and installations. Service is of high quality as well and they respond really fast on both their Insta DMs and Whatsapp.

Personally I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy hair from them, their services is very poor, the quality of the hair very very very very bad. Honestly I wasted my money.

The worst service ever! I tried to make a wig installation booking with TT Hair Couture and it has honestly been a nightmare.I made the booking via WhatsApp on Monday. I requested a specific stylist at 3pm on the upcoming Thursday. After sending several messages throughout Monday and Tuesday, I was blatantly ignored. I only received confirmation of my booking on Wednesday. After making payment on Thursday morning, I was told that I had lost my slot to someone who had paid for it. NONE of this was communicated with me. The decent thing to do would be to notify me that you are giving my slot away (which I booked on Monday); the same slot that you had confirmed as booked. I was very happy to make the payment, had I received a response on Monday, I would have paid on Monday. Further, had the fact that someone else wanted my slot been communicated to me before giving the slot away, I would have paid earlier. This has been such a huge inconvenience and the worst customer service, before even rendering the actual service. I do not recommend!

Poor service and lack of communication, the delivery takes long and no update on your order . Been a week now waiting for my hair that’s allegedly “ collected “ by the courier company but it turns out it’s been days since my order got cancelled. Nxa tlwaela batho ba !
