I have previous experience of great service from Craig when my Stanley flask failed to keep the coffee hot. So when my Atlasware mug started leaking I called on him again. Received a WA today that Atlasware discontinued the range and will refund me.This is after I have send Atlasware an email and got no response from them. Well done Craig. You define what good service is all about.

Hats Off to the Great Outdoors Hoedspruit.Hubby and stopped in October 2019 following a Kruger park visit.I had not been successful in replacement of a Stanley flask cap at any of the most renowned outdoor stores in Johannesburg and Pretoria. On the off chance, mentioned this whilst purchasing other goods.Craig went out of his way asking to see the flask and photographed the etched details on the bottom of the flask. He then vouched to source the cap.To our absolute delight we have been advised that this indeed has been received and will be relayed to usSome may believe this is somewhat trifle but Craig's efforts leading to a Family heirloom (purchased in Namibia...fondest memories)functionality restored is Priceless.Service of this caliber is hard to find.
