Elegant Head Lover's Salon
I love how I was treated. The staff took good care of me although things were busy. Please support them during this tough and trying time. They are skilled at what they do, from lace wigs, to cutting and trimming and dying your hair. It's in Town CBD, you can pay by card or cash. It's so nice to be able to walk into a facility where people want to help you.

What an amazing job Julie did with my make up, first of all she was willing to meet my request without hesitation, she woke up early in the morning just to make sure my makeup looked good and fresh for my wedding day. She is a very friendly young Lady and yet professional. It is so refreshing to see our fellow Africans who are taking pride and passion about their craft.

I had such a terrible experience as a first time buyer, I bought two wigs one for R1950 and the other one for R2050I was given one low quality wig, I came to report it 3days after, they made me wait until 11After that I had to wait for like 5 hours for them to put hair in the full frontal wig one by one. I spent R2050.00 just so that I can get a fixed wig.I was so heart broken and I regret spending my money hereI was suppose to be given another wig, they told me it's out of stock then sold another 14 full frontal infront of me

I tried returning a wig that was poor quality, the frontal had no tangible hair. Susan the whatever I don't know if she is the manager or what was so rude, shouted at me and told her colleague to talk to me before she loses her patience. I'm still standing here waiting for the wig to be fixed. It's the 31st of December at 14:57 I've been here since 8, I had plans but I canceled them. 100% would recommend buying hair here

I went there to do my nails and eyelashes and the eyelash extensions were the most painful and the most itchiest I've ever had. Even had to have them removed somewhere else within less than a week cause I couldn't take it anymore, my eyes were super red from all that scratching, almost had an eye infection! The staff also wasn't friendly or welcoming at all, only the front desk guy was. Never again am I going back there!

I got a Mani and pedi done and the lady Giselle who did it, cut my cuticles open so bad. It actually looks so bad. I have small nail beds and she was working way too rough. Even my nails were not filed correctly. She needs to be more gentle.

Extremely poor service, incompetent, unprofessional and zero customer support. I made an appointment via WhatsApp and it took three days to get a response and it was only after asking threatening to go somewhere else because I was tired of waiting. The entire appointment process was an absolute nightmare, it took an entire week to finalise everything. Upon my arrival, they did not have the material nor the fibre I had asked for. To top it off, the price was different to what I was quoted and I ended up doing a hairstyle that I didn’t even want. I will not be doing business with this place ever again. I’m very unhappy.

Their hair is soft and of great quality. They have 3 salons in one street. One for wig purchasing and installation, the other for braids and nails and the last one is for face beats. The salon gets really full and one might have to wait long to be attended to. But overall, I had a great experience.
