Drove past here on Sunday 17th February, signs say For Sale / To Let . I take it they have closed up shop and moved . This is a beautiful old manor house , it must have a historical story behind it . If its For Sale , someone out there would do well to take it it will cost Yes , on the other hand this would make a HUGE difference if it were could be changed to a upmarket restaurant /B&B . I know some historical buildings cannot be changed in any way shape or form . Seriously people of Johannesburg pull your socks up and stop this building from being destroyed or redeveloped into something that caters for the few and not the many . I dont have clue what they are asking for it , if i win the Powerball then I'm in with a chance to own a historic home , that would be The Piece de Resistance. I even have a new name for itThe Wild Irish Rose . It looks like it has that particular something that is hard to find Caricature one will find once in a Blue / Red Moon . Watch this space.
